I can queue from anywhere between 30 seconds to 45 minutes before suddenly both monitors go black and I'm back on my desktop with both a radeon bug reporter and the Fatal DirectX error windows. I boot the game from Steam and log in, launch the game itself and go to queue. I realised after that I'd been playing XIV the night before the server maintenance for this patch with no issues! I tried just about everything I can think of related to GPU and tried some audio fixes I found also, along with disabling overlays, etc.

First thing I thought was drivers of course, I mean I'm running an AMD GPU and their drivers are 50/50 working or not so first thing I did was roll back to the last release (and no luck). I've tried a number of fixes I've found on the forums, along with those on Reddit, blogs, etc. I've been experiencing crashes when trying to queue and log in after the 6.0 update.
